Mandy is the manager and SENCo she holds a NVQ level 3 and has been at Broadbottom Pre-School since 2007. Both of Mandy’s children attended the Pre-School and are now grown up. Mandy enjoys going on walks, watching the children flourish and seeing how confident they are when they move on to their new adventures.
Clare is the Deputy Manager and designated safeguarding lead. Clare holds a NVQ level 3 in early years, has 14 years experience and Clare has 2 children of her own. Clare enjoys going on adventures in the local area, phonics, baking and getting messy!!!
Jade has recently completed her level 3 and has worked in early years for 16 years. Jade enjoys story time, crafts and playing what time is it Mr Wolf!!
Emma is level 3 qualified and has many years experience. Emma enjoys doing jigsaws and dancing.
James will be starting his level 3 soon and has 3 years experience working within early years. James enjoys going on walks, playing board games and reading stories.
Staff attend regular training to support their professional development and to keep abreast of new legislation and areas of teaching and learning.
